You can reach Rotsund Seafishing by air or land. If flying, the journey from Poland should not exceed 8 hours. Traveling by car takes longer, but you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes of northern countries along the way.
By Air
Fly to Tromsø with SAS or Norwegian, preferably from Oslo. Prices are around 400 PLN. The cheapest flights to Oslo are with SAS, Norwegian, Wizzair, or Ryanair, starting from 99 PLN.
Note: The cheapest and most convenient option currently is a Wizz Air flight from Gdańsk to Tromsø, with departures on Thursdays and Sundays, costing about 1000 PLN round trip.
From Tromsø Airport, we pick up guests in our bus (details: see the PRICES section). The distance is 212 km, with a driving time of about 3 hours. Alternatively, you can travel independently (car rental at the airport, bus from Tromsø Lufthavn to Rotsund f.k. Tromskortet.no) to the Rotsund ferry terminal by the island of Uløya, from where you can take a ferry to Uløybukt.
The base is located 100m from the ferry terminal.
By Car
It’s best to go to Tallinn, then take a ferry to Helsinki. Ferries operate several times a day, costing about 300 PLN per person with a car. Ferry schedule: Tallinn-Helsinki Ferries.
From Helsinki, continue by car or take a comfortable sleeper car from Helsinki to Kolari (costs about 90 EUR per person for 4 people, information: vr.fi), and the next day, drive 430 km to the Rotsund ferry terminal and further to the island.
